Nottingham Castle to host Eurovision live screening

Nottingham Castle will become an official Eurovision live site on Saturday 13 May, broadcasting the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

The event will be streamed live from Liverpool on a giant screen measuring 28m squared, along with a concert-quality sound system. Eurovision fans will be able to bring picnics and blankets to watch the Grand Final in the beautiful surroundings of the castle grounds. 

Due to limited capacity you will need to pre-book for the screening and tickets cost ÂŁ1 each. This small nominal charge will cover the booking process costs (inclusive of VAT and booking fees). Event timings are yet to be confirmed.

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 14 April.

The Hundred is heading back to Nottingham for 2023, bringing spectacular entertainment and intense cricket action, promising high octane men’s and women’s sporting action, live music and family-friendly entertainment.

Trent Bridge will host the tournament’s opening game on Tuesday 1 August, with the Trent Rockets men’s and women’s teams kicking off the competition against Southern Brave.

What's On Nottingham subscribers can get early access to tickets at early bird prices until Tuesday 18 April. You will need to log in to your account on The Hundred's website or create a new account to access the priority window.

Coronation Screenings

On Saturday 6 May, the Coronation will be screened live from Westminster Abbey in London. Their Majesties will be crowned in the same location as Her Late Majesty The Queen 70 years ago. 

On the evening of Sunday 7 May, the Coronation Concert will be broadcast live from Windsor.
