Wow, folks! Thanks to this community, we surpassed our goal of securing 400 grassroots supporters by the end of March! This accomplishment means so much to me personally - knowing there are so many of you out there who are willing to dig deep and pitch in when I need you. Thank you. Trust me when I say that fundraising in a 24-hour news cycle can be tough - especially when there are infinite asks being made of people at any given moment. And let’s be honest, in a political environment that’s often awash in lies, scandals, and, these days, indictments - values like transparency, honesty, and trust just aren’t always sexy. But those values are incredibly important to me, and I know they are to you, too. That’s what I love about this group - we have each other’s backs. Your commitment not just to my campaign but also to our shared values and progressive beliefs is so encouraging to me.
