Did you see our email a few weeks back about needing trainers to help us train thousands of Democrats across California?

We need you to expand our capacity to reach more Democrats across the state between now and November 2024.  We need thousands of trained activists organizing in their communities to take back the house and keep the White House and Senate.  That’s why we’re recruiting Democrats to help us train other Democrats on key organizing skills such as phone banking, volunteer management and recruitment, and more using resources and tools provided by CADEM.

If you’re interested in being a trainer, please complete this application by April 15, 2023.  We will have an in-person training session for trainers accepted in our program at our Convention in Los Angeles.  Participants will leave this interactive, intensive session not only confident about teaching the material but also in their ability to help develop other leaders.

The ideal trainer in this program is:

• a registered Democrat
• comfortable speaking in front of groups
• reliable and will be a great representative of the CA Democratic Party
• familiar with community/political organizing
• eager to learn as well as teach
• able to use virtual meeting software
