John,
I wanted to take a moment to recap some of the exciting highlights from March, as well as share some important updates about what’s coming up in April and beyond.
In March, we held interest meetings for two of our new caucuses: the Veterans Caucus and the LGBTQ Caucus. It was great to see so many enthusiastic members come out to support these important groups and help us build a stronger, more inclusive Democratic Party.
We also held our 'Merch Madness' tournament on store.deldems.org, where the 'Delaware Women Get Things Done' t-shirt was crowned the winner as the favorite piece of merch. Thank you to everyone who participated in the tournament and helped us raise funds to support our Party's important work.
Looking ahead to April, we have more caucus meetings planned, including the Disability Caucus meeting later in May. I encourage all of our members to get involved and lend their voices to help shape the direction of these important groups.
We are also working on our 2024 Delegate Selection Process and are currently in the public comment phase. I encourage all of you to read the Delegate Selection Plan, which is available on our website, and let us know your thoughts.
Finally, I want to take a moment to ask for your support. The work of our Party is made possible by the support of dedicated Democrats like you. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us continue our important work of electing Democrats up and down the ballot. Please consider making a donation to support the work of the Delaware Democratic Party.
