We continue to be grateful for so much positive conversation around Americans United for Life's proposal to "Make Birth Free".

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) affirmed the vision earlier this week in Washington, DC and we tweeted the video:

Sen. Vance also shared his family's experience: “We got a bill for like $20,000 because in the heat of delivery we ‘chose’ the wrong anesthesiologist.” At the end of the day, he concluded in advocating making birth free in principle, “We can either be on the side of insurance companies or young mothers.”

And now, pro-life thought leader Katelyn Walls Shelton at WORLD has endorsed the vision to make birth free, suggesting "it’s time for Republicans to lead by making birth free in America."
