endorsed candidate Alex Padilla held a Senate Judiciary hearing to
highlight the need to revitalize the U.S.'s refugee program.

Following the election of President Biden, we now have a real opportunity
to push for comprehensive immigration reform, which includes implementing
a humane and sensible refugee policy.

Now, Senator Padilla is championing efforts in the Senate to ensure that
this important issue will get the attention and action it deserves. We are
proud to have endorsed Senator Padilla, California's first Latino senator.
