Right now, mama bears are emerging from their winter dens to find food for their
fragile cubs. But instead of foraging in the safety of a protected habitat,
these bears face a deadly threat. Because of Trump-era policies and a powerful pro-hunting
lobby, it’s completely legal for hunters to MURDER mama bears and cubs in their dens!

Weakened and under-fed from winter, vulnerable mama bears are at extreme risk
from these brutal hunting laws – and their cubs’ chances of surviving this
senseless violence are worryingly low. Our bear populations may NEVER recover from decades of ruthless
hunting and trapping.

But it gets even worse. Because the trophy hunting lobby and their anti-environment allies are working to
remove Endangered Species Act protections for these threatened creatures. This landmark law BLOCKS greedy
corporations in the logging, factory farming and fossil fuel industry from destroying essential habitats
for bears and other endangered species – and it’s under constant attack for the sake of profits!

Without stronger wildlife protections, heartless trophy hunters will MURDER
struggling mama bears without consequence – and could wipe out the next
generation of cubs. Meanwhile, corporate interests will be free to swoop in and
wreak havoc on their vital habitats, worsening the pollution crisis that threatens our lands, water and
climate. We can’t let that happen, but we need an immediate outcry from the public to
fight back, and that's why we're asking YOU to speak up now!
