Hello John,

This past weekend was a tremendous success for Team Shahid. We dropped 22,000 pieces of literature and covered almost all of the Richmond and Sunset Districts! This was only possible because of our amazing volunteers! I really can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done to help our movement so far.

As great as all of this is, we just heard some rather alarming news. For some reason, voters across California are receiving their ballots early. While this seems like a good thing, it actually means insurgent candidates like Shahid have even less time to reach voters with their message.

To counter this, we’ll be coming together to phone-bank and do literature drops across both District 8 and District 5, the progressive hearts of this city. Many residents here vote early and often. It's urgent that we get to these voters right away with Shahid's message, before they cast their ballots!

Can Shahid and I count on you to join us this week for any of the following field events?

• 1/30 Thursday, between 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Phonebank voters for 2-3 hours at our office. ☎️ 🍕 RSVP

• 2/1 Saturday, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Literature drop in the Fillmore (District 5). 🎷 🏘️ RSVP

• 2/2 Sunday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Literature drop in the Dolores Heights (District 8). 🌿 📃 RSVP
