John,
Today marks the 54th anniversary of the tragic assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose unwavering commitment to justice, equality, and democracy continues to inspire us. King's quote "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice," reminds us that progress may be slow, but justice will ultimately prevail.
The ongoing struggle for justice and equality demands that we dismantle systemic racism and inequality, protect voting rights and access, and create opportunities for everyone to succeed.
But the sad truth is that in recent years, we've seen democracy itself come under threat. King's words, "The nation is sick. Trouble is in the land; confusion all around," ring true today more than ever. But we must not give up on democracy. We must defend and strengthen it to remain a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
As we remember Dr. King's legacy, we are reminded that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. So let us honor his life and work by continuing to fight for justice, equality, and democracy.
Even in the face of bigotry, we have never and will never hesitate in our mission to create a government that is representative of the people it serves. The Collective PAC works every day to create the country Dr. King envisioned — and we couldn’t be more grateful to have you standing with us.

power to create the policies necessary to progress our communities forward. Since our inception in 2016, we have helped 110 candidates win general elections at the local, state and federal levels. We strive to support the next wave of
progressive and unapologetic Black candidates who will usher in a sea of change in our political system while helping America fulfill its promise of democracy by creating a government that will truly be for the people and of the people.
