As Passover, Easter, and Ramadan converge this week, many families and friends prepare to celebrate some of their most important holidays. Marked by family meals and joyous gatherings, these holidays remind us how important food and feeding people is to the celebration of each holiday, within all traditions.

For millions of Americans, however, persistent food insecurity will prevent them from receiving nutritious foods this holiday season and beyond. Recent benefit cuts combined with rising food costs have led to an increase in food insecurity throughout the country, and many families find themselves relying on food pantries to have enough to eat. At Hunger Free America, we work everyday to connect hungry Americans with the support they need, and to advocate for policies that will eliminate hunger and poverty in this country.

As we take time to celebrate this special week, we want to thank you for supporting our work to make sure every child, every parent, every senior citizen in America receives the resources they need to be well-fed this holiday season and throughout the year.
