Hi John,

Yesterday, RepresentUs members across America held the largest nationwide
phonebank in the last year to demand an end to gerrymandering in Virginia.

We joined up with the OneVirginia2021 campaign, met with politicians at
the state Capitol, delivered thousands of petition signatures to
legislators, and made over 2,200 calls to voters. [ [link removed] ]And we’re keeping up
the pressure with more phonebanks this week – join one here any time.

RepresentUs volunteers went to the State Capitol and met with lawmakers to
demand they pass the anti-gerrymandering amendment this session. Some of
our volunteers traveled over 3 hours to attend the event, and others came
from nearby states to support the effort.

More than 3,400 RepresentUs members signed on in support: Once there,
volunteers hand-delivered signatures from RepresentUs members in all 50
states. 

We flooded the phone lines: While volunteers walked through the halls of
the Capitol, phones were ringing off the hook with calls from the national
phonebank - our most successful ever! RepresentUs members made more than
2,200 calls, connecting Virginia voters to politicians to demand an end to
gerrymandering.

What's next: We’re not done yet. RepresentUs members will continue calling
voters to keep the pressure on and make sure politicians know that passing
the anti-gerrymandering amendment is a priority for voters. [ [link removed] ]You can

The anti-corruption movement is powerful because we work together to unrig
the system, no matter where the fight is. We understand that every state
matters – and yesterday, we showed Virginia politicians the power of this
movement. If we win in Virginia, we will build momentum to stop
gerrymandering in more states across America.
