Supreme Court Document-Based Questions (DBQs) to equip your students with critical thinking skills, so they can review the Court’s rulings and analyze how those decisions affect American society. Students will also review documents such as the U.S. Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and colonial codes of law. The Supreme Court DBQs contain 10 lesson units. Each DBQ also includes a section called “The Issue Endures,” which gives examples of current applications of a specific Supreme Court case.
