Here at EMILYs List, we're gearing up for a HUGE month of election preparation (tomorrow is a big Election Day!), exciting new endorsements, and a major announcement: the winner of our 2023 Rising Star award!

1️⃣ First, we're gearing up for major elections in Wisconsin and Colorado this month, so these final days of outreach are make-or-break for our endorsed candidates — including pro-choice champion Judge Janet Protasiewicz, who could become the deciding vote (!!) for abortion rights on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
2️⃣ In the coming weeks, EMILYs List will be thrilled to announce some very exciting Senate endorsements for the 2024 elections (hint: you'll recognize some familiar faces!). Securing our hard-won Senate majority will be no easy feat, so we're investing early in tried-and-true pro-choice women who can help keep anti-choice extremists out of power.
3️⃣ Last but not least, April is one of our favorite times of the year: it's Rising Star season! This is when we highlight our extraordinary nominees: six game-changing women in state or local office across the country who are igniting pro-choice change. Right now, we're tallying the results, and we'll announce the winner of the 2023 Gabrielle Giffords Rising Star Award later this month.
