URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Stop the Republican “Extinction Package” of bills that GUT the Endangered Species Act and STRIP PROTECTIONS for gray wolves, grizzly bears, and more! Please, Friend, act now to STOP REPUBLICANS before it’s too late! 

Since taking back the house, Republicans have introduced over a dozen bills targeting the Endangered Species Act! This bedrock environmental law doesn’t just protect more than 1,300 endangered and threatened species in the U.S. -- it’s also a critical tool for preventing corporate polluters from DECIMATING wildlife habitats and STRIPPING our public lands of their natural resources. Without the ESA, more communities will face air and water pollution from Big Oil. 

Republicans even take aim at specific endangered animals in some bills. Grizzly bear mamas and their cubs wandering the great expanse of Yellowstone National Park. Gray wolves trotting through the Northern Rockies. Both these iconic creatures could be delisted and then TARGETED with brutal tactics by trophy hunters. We need at least 3,489 more people to send a message to their Representative. Friend, help PROTECT the Endangered Species Act from Republican attacks! 

This “Extinction Package” from Republicans goes even further. One bill would prevent species like giraffes, elephants, and other foreign species from being protected by the Endangered Species Act! Another would allow the military to VIOLATE PROTECTIONS for endangered species without consequence. 

Republicans have made one thing clear, Friend. They are more than willing to sell out our endangered species to allow corporate polluters and Big Oil to bulldoze through critical habitats and extract fossil fuels for their own profit, despite the impact on our communities and the animals.
