By now, we’re sure you saw the news that a Manhattan grand jury indicted Former President Donald Trump on thirty counts following an investigation in the scheme to pay hush money to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.

Former President Trump will finally have to answer for at least some of his crimes in a court of law. This is the first time in American history that a current or former president will face criminal charges.

But his supporters, Republican cronies, and allies on Fox News are already calling this a politically-motivated witch hunt — and we’re worried the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will go out of its way to avoid the appearance.

Trump should NOT get any kind of special treatment when he turns himself in this week, as he’s expected to do. He should be treated like every other person in that building.
