We have an important ask to make ahead of our first fundraising deadline of 2020. We hope you’ll give us just a quick minute to explain why this is so important.

On Friday, we have a huge deadline for our first fundraising report of 2020. It will be our first chance this year to send a message to Mitch McConnell, the Democratic establishment, and the entire country about our commitment to finally defeating Mitch McConnell this November.

How much money we raise is important, but it’s also critical that we have a large number of people chipping in, because we aren’t funded by special interests and corporations like Mitch McConnell’s campaign is.

We’ve set a goal to raise $500,000 before the end of the month. This is our most important goal yet, and we cannot afford to fall short. So we have to ask:

Will you chip in $5 or more right now – whatever you can afford before our first fundraising deadline of 2020 – to help Democrat Amy McGrath defeat Mitch McConnell this November? No amount is too small, because in a people-powered grassroots movement like ours, your donation itself is just as important as how much you can afford to give.
