This is a reminder that this year's State Convention is scheduled to convene on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 9:00am - 5:00pm at the Nani Mau Gardens ([link removed]) in Hilo, Hawai'i. Please read through this email for important due dates and information for training on Friday, May 5, 2023, also held at Nani Mau Gardens ([link removed]) .

Nomination papers for State Officer positions are being accepted for election at the State Convention. For those interested in running for an officer position, please refer to HRP Rule 404 ([link removed]) for guidance on submitting Nomination Petition Papers located HERE ([link removed]) .

Hotel Reservations:
Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Hilo Hawaiian ([link removed]) Hotel ([link removed]) at
808-935-9361 for the Hawai'i Republican Party discounted group rate of $160 per night only for May 5th through May 7th. Resort fees are waived, and parking is free.

Please be aware that rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis or up until April 15th (extended from April 4th) whichever comes first. Regular room rates start at $175.00 per night, not including resort fees and parking.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2022
* REQUEST TO BECOME A DELEGATE BY 1:00 PM. If you were not elected at your Precinct Meeting, you must be appointed by your Precinct President or District Chairman. Please do not wait until April 26th to submit a request to become a delegate. Submit your request NOW by clicking HERE ([link removed]) !
* REGISTER & PAY CONVENTION FEES BY 12:00AM. To attend this year's convention, Delegates, Alternates, and Guests must register and pay the convention fee of $75.00 via Eventbrite or check by 12:00am on April 26, 2023. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER AND PAY ([link removed]) . To pay by check, make checks payable to the Hawai‘i Republican Party.
+ Please be sure to write "HRP 2023 CONVENTION" on the memo line. Checks must be received by no later than April 26, 2023, at 5:00pm at HRP Headquarters, 725 Kapiolani Blvd. #C-105, Honolulu, HI 96813.
+ The $75.00 Convention Fee includes a light breakfast, drinks, and lunch.
