April looks to be our biggest month of the year so far as we’re going back to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Gerald Groff our Faithful Carrier. When he was forced to quit his job because his religious beliefs weren’t honored by the USPS, First Liberty stepped in to fight for him and now we’re doing it at our nation’s highest court.
On April 18th at 8:45am CST, we’ll be at the Supreme Court to bring you full coverage of the argument. You’ll hear President, CEO and Chief Counsel, Kelly Shackelford, explain what you’ll hear inside the courtroom.

Last week, we launched two new cases in response to recent displays of brazen discrimination against people of faith.
First, we’re fighting back against Jane’s Revenge and vandals who deliberately damaged a pregnancy center in Florida. After defacing and spray painting the property, they hacked their way into its annual gala where they shouted obscenities and disparaged the center’s staff, volunteers and supporters.
And in Maine, we’re representing Bangor Christian Schools in a case to protect religious schools from discrimination. In an effort to side-step last summer’s U.S. Supreme Court decision, legislators are now requiring schools to violate their beliefs in order to participate in the state funded tuition program.
At First Liberty, we won’t allow these unjust acts against people of faith to continue. That’s why we’re standing up to fight for them. But we can’t do it without you.
We need you to join the fight for what matters most. Your financial support will help us defend religious freedom at the Supreme Court and fight against discrimination in every state across our great nation. And if you become a monthly partner, your support will go farther than ever before.
Will you consider making a monthly donation as we fight for our first freedom?
