We sent a lot of messages over the last several days, we know.

But we would not do it if it were not so important. The donations we received ahead of yesterday’s FEC deadline are going to have a huge impact down the line.

So, before we get too far, we just wanted to say thank you. This organization is as successful as it is because of support from people like you.

And to that end, we wanted to bring something to your attention:

Senator Tommy Tuberville is holding up about 160 Military promotions.

Now, you might be asking yourself — why? Why would a sitting Senator do something like that?

And the answer is as simple as it is infuriating. Tuberville is upset because the Pentagon passed a new policy providing three weeks of leave for abortion-related travel. Ridiculous.

These are dedicated members of our Armed Forces, and this politicization of promotions could have a major impact on our National Security, both in the near and long term. It hampers our ability to deal with rising threats around the world.

So today, we’re asking you to tell Tommy Tuberville to stand down. Stop this nonsense, and let the Military get on with the work of defending our country.
