As we start our new fiscal year, your generous contribution will go to support vital work, including:

* Mobilizing and working alongside a network of criminal defense attorneys to defend providers, supporters, and those who access abortion care should they face criminal investigation or prosecution

* Filing lawsuits against officials who enact anti-trans legislation like bans on gender-affirming care for trans youth across the country

* Ending excessively harsh criminal legal policies that result in mass incarceration and racial injustice

* Preventing ICE from utilizing unfair and unconstitutional deportation tactics that ignore individual circumstances and tear immigrant families apart

* Safeguarding our freedom of speech, including the constitutional right to protest
