Last week, Children's Health Defense and I sued President Biden
and dozens of federal officials for pressuring social media companies
to censor facts and opinions they didn't want you to hear.
We filed this class action lawsuit on behalf of you and the more than

We may never know . . . how many people would be alive today if the
government hadn't strong-armed social media companies into
censoring the facts about ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and other
life-saving treatments for COVID-19.
We may never know . . . how many parents would have rejected the
pressure to inject their healthy children with an experimental and
dangerous medical product if Fauci and his band of pro-vaccine
zealots hadn't orchestrated the silencing of legitimate
scientists.
But we do know this: Federal officials at every level of the
government - from the White House to the FBI, CIA, NIH and DHS
- intentionally stifled the voices - including mine
- of anyone who criticized official government policy on
COVID-19.
The law is clear: The government "may not induce, encourage, or
promote private persons to accomplish what it is constitutionally
forbidden to accomplish."
And the government is "constitutionally forbidden" to
trample Americans' First Amendment right to free speech.
Today, the power wielded by a handful of behemoth social media
companies over the content of American public discourse is
unprecedented.
And the federal government's systematic campaign to induce
these companies to censor speech is among the gravest threats to free
speech this country has ever faced.
