Friend,
All across America, and even here in Virginia, when far-left progressive prosecutors pick and choose which crimes to prosecute and which ones to ignore to advance their ideological and political agenda, our nation's core principles of equal justice under the law are eroded.
When we see violent crime spiking across the nation in cities like New York, San Francisco, and Chicago, but their liberal district attorneys institute a blanket policy and refuse to prosecute certain crimes, they are showing small business owners, police officers, and families that keeping their citizens safe is not their priority. That’s wrong.
It’s time to take a stand and tell these rogue, far-left progressive district attorneys that it's time to stand up for the victims, not push a divisive political agenda.
As Attorney General, Jason’s top priority is finding ways to keep our kids, our neighborhoods, and our communities safe. Above all else, that must be our top priority, but too many of these radical district attorneys in places like New York and San Francisco are taking a criminals first, victims last approach and that has to stop.
Can we count on you to stand with Jason and help fight to keep our communities safe?
The billionaires and far-left dark money groups, who are funding the campaigns of these radical district attorneys, are already targeting Jason. They know that he won’t back down and will continue to fight their liberal soft on crime policies.
We have a big fight ahead of us. For example, in 2022, major crime increased by 36%, in New York City according to the NYPD, but their radical District Attorney Bragg instituted a blanket policy of not prosecuting some criminals. This is a tragedy for violent crime victims and is one of the reasons Americans are losing trust in the government. Liberal out of touch prosecutors are just wrong.
It's time we return to upholding the law honestly, fairly, and without prejudice and focus on serving the people that need our protection.
Can we count on you to show your support today?
Thank you,
Team Miyares
