We are not surprised to see the GOP and Lauren’s far-right opponents already looking to smear her record in an attempt to discount our progress and steal this seat.

The most recent Republican to throw their hat in the ring has made statements that echo extreme GOP rhetoric including: “the radical woke agenda being forced on our families and children has gotten out of control.”

He even said our country is seen as an embarrassment on the world stage.

What’s actually embarrassing (and infuriating) is peddling our hard work over the years — which has resulted in life-changing improvements for our district — as part of a so-called "radical woke agenda," completely discounting the time, effort, money and more that folks like you invested into our communities.

We don’t have to say it but we will anyway: Our district deserves a leader who will fight for them at home and in Washington, not politicians like our latest opponent who seek to demean us. Here’s another one of his ludicrous statements: “We keep electing the very people who don't share your values and sure as hell don't care about you."

We all know that’s far from the truth. Not only does Lauren care, but she’s in Congress right now working hard to help strengthen and expand access to quality health care, save moms’ lives, defend reproductive rights, support our brave veterans, increase paid family leave, and more. That’s why we’re calling on this dedicated team to help reach our quarterly fundraising goal, so we can keep her there.
