john,

Tonight at midnight, we'll be closing the books on our first quarter of the year. This is the most important deadline we've faced this year since it marks the first time our fundraising numbers will be made public.

That's why my team and I set an ambitious online fundraising goal to reach before then, but we're still coming up a little short.

We can't afford to miss this goal. Earlier this month, national Republicans listed my seat as a top target in 2024 and I already have a Republican opponent in the race. This race is starting to heat up and it's only a matter of time before the attacks against me start.

I've always said WA-08 is a true purple district and it's clear we have another tough fight ahead of us. Keeping our fundraising on track is critical to ensure we are prepared for anything that Republicans throw our way – and that starts with reaching our end-of-quarter goal before midnight.

Can I count on your support? Chip in to help us reach our first FEC end-of-quarter goal so we can defend this seat and retake the House majority in 2024 >> "[link removed]

Thank you,

Kim
