I’m the most vulnerable Senator up for reelection in 2024 and Republicans have already named me as a top target. Mitch McConnell and his super PAC allies will throw everything they’ve got to try to flip my seat red — they’ve already started spending money on attack ads against me.
On top of that, our first end-of-quarter FEC deadline is today. This will be the first time our fundraising numbers will go public since announcing my official reelection campaign.
It’s a BIG deal. Mitch McConnell and our potential Republican opponents will get to see just how strong (or vulnerable) our campaign is. If McConnell finds any weaknesses in our report, he’ll think Montana is ripe for the taking. The GOP only needs to flip TWO seats to retake the Senate majority, and they’re laser-focused on Montana.
