Hi, John – Saha here.

Believe me when I say that my path to political leadership wasn’t linear.

I always knew I had what it takes to make a difference. But I wasn't sure how to turn my passion into action. My goals for myself and my community were tangible, but without access to the right training and resources, I wouldn’t have been able to reach them.

That’s why I chose IGNITE. What I experienced here was an invaluable opportunity for me to develop my skills as a policymaker and leader. I didn’t just find my voice – I found new ways for me to push my community forward.

Since I found IGNITE, my political journey has transformed. I’ve been able to advocate for voting rights and women's health. I've promoted diversity, economic development, and so much more.

Now, in addition to coordinating IGNITE's legislative action agenda, I serve as a Legislative Intern for the Nevada State Legislature learning what it takes to pass policies that will push all of our communities forward.

And it’s all because IGNITE helped me unlock my political power.
