We’ve watched Matt Gaetz and Lauren Boebert force Congress to vote for Speaker of the House fifteen times by refusing to vote for Kevin McCarthy until he met their demands(and the extent of those demands is still unknown).
We’ve watched some of the most prominent leaders within the GOP threaten to cut critical programs like Medicare and Social Security.
We’ve watched Ilhan Omar be removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee — seemingly for no reason apart from pure racism and xenophobia.
