Kevin McCarthy and his MAGA Republican colleagues just passed a bill that bans books and demonizes LGBTQ+ students. They are choosing culture wars over kids. They are choosing politics over parents. They are choosing extremism whenever they get the chance.

It has never been more important to invest in flipping back the House in 2024. As the Democratic Whip, this is my top priority.

Tonight’s deadline is critical for the upcoming elections because all of the numbers will become public. Building our grassroots support is crucial to developing a strong foundation to win in 2024.

My goal is to support as many of my Democratic colleagues before the deadline at midnight - and we’re so close to our goal.
