A New York Grand Jury has indicted disgraced former president Donald Trump on felony criminal charges!¹ While the specific charges in New York are currently unknown, they are all stemming from his illegal hush money payments to Stormy Daniels in the final days before the 2016 election. Remember, this is the first time in history a former president has been indicted and a critical step to preserving American democracy.²

This is a critically important development in demonstrating that Donald Trump is not above the law. And democracy demands that other consequences follow suit.

Trump must be held accountable for ALL of his crimes. Join nearly 300,000 voices urging the Justice Department to prosecute Trump if there is sufficient evidence to do so.

While these are the first charges to be announced against Trump since he left office, they are not likely to be the last. Trump and his team are also likely to face indictments in Georgia for their attempts to manipulate the state’s 2020 election results, and Trump is also under investigation by the Department of Justice for his role in inciting the deadly January 6, insurrection, as well as for covering up his possession of highly classified documents.³

Donald Trump has a decades-long history of criminality and corruption, and for too long he has been allowed to skate by without legal consequences for his actions. That cannot continue.
