Donald Trump was just indicted on more than 30 counts of business fraud connected to hush-money payments made in the 2016 presidential election cycle to keep the American public from learning of his affair with an adult film star.
We couldn’t be more excited to see Trump finally face consequences for his corrupt and lawless behavior, and it is certainly fitting that committing fraud to deceive voters about his character would be the cause of his downfall.
Trump can cry about an imaginary “witch-hunt” all he wants – this indictment was issued by a grand jury of 16-23 New Yorkers of all political backgrounds, and he is not above the law.
