On top of 11 states passing new ID laws ahead of the 2022 midterms, in Q1 of 2023 alone, VoteRiders has already faced: - New and highly restrictive voter ID laws signed in Ohio and Idaho, requiring us to extend our education and outreach services even more.
-
A new ID law in effect in Arizona, creating confusion with voters that we’re working hard to clear up with our unbiased and accurate resources.
- Urgent outreach in Wisconsin, Florida, and Arizona (including sending over 250,000 text messages to voters) as voters go to the polls in those three states with restrictive ID laws.
- ID assistance for more than 3,000 individuals who need an ID to vote (and also secure housing, employment, and healthcare). That includes helping them track down documents like birth certificates, make appointments at relevant government agencies, and cover all fees associated with the process.
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors to make our work possible. Help us close this $5,000 budget gap before midnight tonight, so we can stay on track to deliver assistance and education to thousands of voters next quarter and beyond.

Your donation makes a real difference by helping us reach even more voters with critical ID information and assistance when they need it most. Thank you for being a supporter we can count on, John.
Sincerely, Roy Speckhardt Development Director VoteRiders |
