WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13) released the following statement in response to Thursday's announcement that New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg will indict former President Donald J. Trump:
"From the day Alvin Bragg took office, he announced he wouldn’t charge violent criminals for their crimes. Since then, the citizens of New York have been victimized, and his city has become a war zone! He has spent every waking moment sitting around trying to think of ways to weaponize his office and fabricate charges against President Trump. This is partisan politics at its most disgusting level!
This man is repulsive on so many levels, and is an absolute embarrassment to the criminal justice system, the City of New York, and this great country! This cannot and will not stand, and it will ultimately be Alvin Bragg that pays the price for this abuse of office!"
