ONE VOICE AGAINST CANCER

Livestrong advocates took part in One Voice Against Cancer Lobby Day to share the importance of cancer funding with our legislators in Washington, D.C.! We asked them to:

Support $51 billion for the base budget of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Support $9.988 billion for the National Cancer Institute (NCI)
Support $472.4 million for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) cancer programs
Support $1.5 billion for the Advanced Research Projects for Health (ARPA-H)
