When we visit Heifer families in the field, we ask them what their hopes and dreams are. Oftentimes, they simply cannot think beyond the next meal for their family ... there is no concept of a future or a dream when their immediate needs are barely being met.

However, when they receive a message from supporters like you, your words provide them with hope that someone out there cares and wants them to have a future greater than what they have dreamed of.

I wish you could be there with me to see firsthand the very real and lasting impact your words have on so many. Your messages are cherished and displayed proudly in the families' homes — to serve as a reminder that you believe in them. Knowing you have faith in their ability to succeed gives them the strength to continue working hard.

As these families begin their transformative journey from poverty to prosperity, we are asking you to show them that you care by sending them a message of support and encouragement. We will deliver it to them to give them strength as they work hard to transform their lives!
