* 23 Democratic seats in the Senate will be on the ballot in 2024, compared to just 11 Republicans.
* PA is one of the eight seats most likely to flip.
* Last year's race for the Senate in Pennsylvania cost more than $300 million, and we expect that number to go even higher this time.
