👋 My role on the New Politics team is Operations Director. That means I help oversee our budget and ensure we have the resources to fully operate as an organization.

I’m one of the team members with a full bird’s-eye view, and that allows me to identify any budget shortfalls holding us back from effectively supporting servant leaders as they explore opportunities to continue their service.

But before I go any further… We have a critical quarter fundraising deadline tomorrow night. You are recorded as a supporter of our work so I wanted to reach out personally to ask for you to donate now.

I’m talking about New Politics staff with the capacity to advise servant leaders nationwide and direct them to our multiple free resources to help them overcome any challenge they face.

Ready for the good news… we have already started to hire and onboard to fill this gap!

But we got a bit ahead of ourselves 😬. We still need to raise another $10,000 before tomorrow night’s deadline to support this new hiring without minimizing our offerings or risking keeping our programming free.

Yikes right?!? But I am confident we will end Friday exactly where we need to because of you, really.

We were proud to be behind the movement of veterans who ran for office for the first time in 2018, and we have big plans to grow into the future.
