Denia here from the Legal Services Team! For the past few months, I have organized and shared a series of webinars to prepare our communities—with or without DACA—for the future. Today, I want to share that all 6 of these webinars are available to watch on our YouTube channel!

As you may have heard, the fate of the DACA program is in the hands of conservative courts in the South. The uncertainty around DACA, along with the lack of any inclusive or long-term immigration reform on the horizon, has many of us feeling anxious and frustrated. We hope that these webinars will help you feel prepared for the future—regardless of the fate of DACA. There’s a lot we can’t control, but we can assert agency over our lives and take back our power.

Activity Group: Financing a College Education

This 6-week-long virtual group offers undocumented high school and college students across the U.S. an opportunity to network with other undocumented students and develop tangible skills to finance their college educations and win scholarships.
