If he wins these states, Trump could be reelected even if he LOSES the popular vote – again. Democrats cannot afford a repeat of 2016.

In 2016, Trump won Pennsylvania by fewer than 45,000 votes. And Republicans will spend tens of millions of dollars to win these critical toss-up states, beat Democrats, and keep the presidency in 2020.
