 Democrat lawyers in New York are doing everything they can to overthrow the will of the people, by manipulating the legal system to erase my seat and redraw new Congressional Districts that give them the upper hand. We took back the Majority in 2022 because I and New York Republicans fought tooth and nail to win the support of the voters. Now the Democrats are upset because they couldn’t win a fair fight. I’ll be honest, this changes everything. Not only do we have to fight to secure the MOST competitive seat in the Country, but now we have to fight an extremely costly legal battle to protect this seat. We need to mobilize every resource we have immediately to prepare for this fight NOW, or we could lose this seat and I could be forced out of the race before voters have a chance to cast their ballots in 2024. Hitting tomorrow’s End-of-Quarter fundraising target just got exponentially more important.
