Trying to silence voters in the United States is immoral and blatantly un-American.
Hi Friend, All eyes on Arizona today. After our successful (and official) certification for ballot access in Arizona, the Democratic Party is filing a lawsuit today against not only No Labels, but also against Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and the whole state of Arizona. Yes, they are suing to try and kick us off the ballot.

Let’s be clear. Secretary Fontes already officially gave No Labels party status after tens of thousands of Arizona voters signed our petitions. Any attempt to silence the will of these voters is blatantly un-American. But do you want to know why they’re suing us? Because they know that we are on to something.
If the two major parties were listening to the people, they would learn that 6 in 10 Arizonans would consider voting for a moderate independent ticket for president in 2024. Which is exactly why we are building out our national effort to gain ballot access.
Listen Friend, we need to bring in $11,850 by midnight TOMORROW to hit our end-of-quarter fundraising goal or we risk falling behind on our 2024 efforts to get on the ballot in EVERY state.
Can I count on you to pitch in $10, $25, or even $50 right now to No Labels 2024 so we can ensure Americans a real choice in 2024?
