Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Our members have helped Judicial Watch take an historic leadership role in forcing states to follow federal election laws that are our last line ofdefense against voter fraud and corrupt elections.

But the fact is that honest elections in America are under attack from the Biden administration and the radical Left, who are on a long-term campaign to destroy our election safeguards...and make it easier to steal elections!

That’s a bold statement I know, but I promise you, it’s no exaggeration.

And it is because the Left is pushing so hard on so many fronts to corrupt our elections that I ask you to give your support to Judicial Watch with a special gift today.

Since 2012, we’ve been filing lawsuits and winning victories in federal courts in states including California, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina and Ohio to preserve honest elections, which is so important to preserving our constitutional republic in this time of crisis.

I am proud of Judicial Watch’s unique and essential work keeping our elections clean and honest, and helping make certain that only eligible American citizens are allowed to vote.

Looking ahead to a presidential election in 2024, you can be sure we are tightly focused on fighting back against the Left’s radical and reckless measures like...

  • Unsecured mail-in ballots using (often highly) inaccurate voter rolls
  • Ballot harvesting
  • Abolition of voter ID requirements

Our work is vitally important…and it is expensive.

Contribute

Suing state governments, with their deep pockets and big legal budgets, is not only costly…it is time consuming. From start to finish, our election law litigation can take years. We always strive to squeeze the most out of our funds because we know that it is careful spending that keeps our clean election mission intact. That’s very important.

But we rely on the financial support of our most loyal and committed members like you to carry forward all our work.

Thanks to the commitment of our supporters, we will always find ways to confront corrupt politicians in both parties and Deep State bureaucrats who have contempt for the rule of law...especially our election laws.

Your decision to to join with us today will make it easier for us to respond with full force to challenges to the rule of law we are facing today…especially the radical Left’s efforts to subvert honest elections.

Contribute

We are the national leader in protecting the integrity of our elections. And you have my personal pledge that with your renewed support, we will continue to be the most effective independent and effective government watchdog in Washington.

Your special gift today will also help us expose public corruption, fight for the people’s right to know and hold lawless politicians and unscrupulous public officials of both political parties accountable.

You can be assured that your tax-deductible gift at this time will help advance all our investigative, educational and legal activities. So please donate today.

On behalf of all of us at Judicial Watch, I thank you in advance for joining our team in fighting for the rule of law!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
