I’m sure your inbox has been flooded with FEC reminders this past week, but I want to take a second to explain why it's crucial for campaigns like mine. But first, I hope you will chip in $5 ahead of tomorrow’s deadline.

At the end of every quarter, campaigns are required to *publicly* post our fundraising numbers. Even in an off-year, fundraising helps us budget for events, community outreach, and staff – all things critical in ensuring progress on the issues that matter most.

Not to mention, fundraising numbers are a good measure of support for a campaign. And as Republicans continue to steamroll over essential legislation like Medicare and Social Security and push dangerous anti-LGBTQ+ bills, campaigns like mine need all the support we can get.

So, will you contribute whatever you can ahead of tonight’s FEC quarter deadline to show Republicans we are ready to fight back against their dangerous policies?
