Big news: Today, the Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA) was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives!

WHPA would protect abortion access across the country and would safeguard access from restrictions and bans, despite the U.S. Supreme Court's devastating decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

In the aftermath of the Court's decision, many states imposed near-total bans on abortion. As of February 2023, abortion is completely inaccessible in 14 states, leaving millions without access in their home state. We urgently need a federal law that re-establishes a nationwide right to abortion.
