Shri Thanedar asked.
Ted Lieu asked.
Judy Chu asked.
Hakeem Jeffries asked.
Pramila Jayapal asked.
Now, I’m asking from the bottom of my heart:
Will you step up with $12 before ASPIRE’s critical End of Quarter Deadline in 24 hours to close our budget gap and build an incredible foundation of support? If 295 more supporters chip in before the first End of Quarter fundraising deadline of the year, we’ll reach our goal and show the world that we will spare no expense to replace every last Republican with a strong, diverse Democrat to combat their hatred in Congress. Will you help fund ASPIRE’s critical work in these final 24 hours? I can’t tell you how much it would mean to me. >>
John, please let me explain why ASPIRE’s work to elect AAPI legislators means so much to me.
I grew up on a farm in California’s Central Valley.
I never thought someone like me could run for office – let alone win.
After nine terms in Congress, I’ve come to learn just how critical diverse voices like mine are to ensuring our government’s voice reflects our people.
Which is why ASPIRE’s work to elect more diverse voices to Congress is so crucial.
They’re working night and day to make sure that no child grows up thinking they can’t run for office because of their race or ethnicity.
And ASPIRE needs our help.
I’m emailing you today because I know just how important it is to elect more AAPI candidates to office. I’m sincerely asking, John: Will you join me in chipping in $12 before the deadline in 24 hours? Every dollar goes toward reclaiming the House Majority, defending the Democratic Senate Majority, and ensuring we replace Republican hatred with diverse Democrats. If just 295 more supporters chip in, we’ll close our budget gap and clinch our FIRST End of Quarter fundraising goal of the year >>
In 2022, ASPIRE helped empower AAPI communities across the country to get more involved in midterm elections than ever before.
They prioritized AAPI communities by printing and distributing in-language voting materials and running a historic field program in Georgia.
They championed diverse Democrats who bring the voices of Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Native Hawaiians to the table.
We have to build on this momentum – and ensure that AAPI communities are represented at the highest levels for generations to come.
That’s why we need an unprecedented show of support – 295 donations in these final 24 hours – to prove our strength, show we’re not backing down, and build on the successes of 2022. Can you pitch in $12 to power ASPIRE forward? Your support has never meant more than in this moment. >>
Thank you,
Doris Matsui
