“It takes courage to stand up to the Washington establishment, and that’s exactly what Sen. Tommy Tuberville is doing," says Kevin Roberts, president of The Heritage Foundation.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation found that officials rejected 8,036 ballots. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, the incumbent Democrat, defeated Republican challenger Adam Laxalt by 7,928 votes.
