LEGAL & LEGISLATION Hawaii: More Anti-Gun Bills Introduced Before Deadline

The end of last week marked the bill introduction deadline for the 2020 legislative session. Dozens more firearm bills were introduced, many with grave consequences when it comes to exercising your Constitutionally protected Second Amendment Rights.

LEGAL & LEGISLATION California: Senate Passes Gun Show Ban Legislation

Yesterday, the California Senate passed Senate Bill 281 by a vote of 27 - 11. SB 281 has now been transmitted to the Assembly where it will be assigned to committee for further consideration.

LEGAL & LEGISLATION Oregon: More Anti-Gun Bills Pre-Filed in Legislature

The Oregon Legislative Session begins Monday, February 3rd, and anti-gun legislators have already pre-filed several bills to restrict Second Amendment rights in Oregon.

LEGAL & LEGISLATION Washington: House Committee Hearing on Anti-Gun Bills Tomorrow

Tomorrow, January 29th, the House Civil Rights and Judiciary Committee will be holding a public hearing on several anti-gun bills. Additionally, on Friday, January 31st, the committee is scheduled to vote on two gun control bills that were heard last week.
