This morning my latest op-ed was released on Fox News. As your
Attorney General, I have passionately fought for your rights and for
good governance. I am the only candidate in this race that has fought
the Biden-Beshear agenda and WON!

I decided to co-author this op-ed
to shed light on how climate alarmists use litigation to push the
extreme climate policies of California on Kentucky and the rest of the
country. I hope the U.S. Supreme Court will stop these litigation
tactics that threaten our coal and natural gas industries.

I won't
stand idly by while the radical left tries to selectively bend climate
enforcement to their will, ignoring over a century of legal precedent.

schools, the unlawful lockdowns during the pandemic, and the failure of
