I wanted to share a recent text I got from my mom:

Her vision for a “Ted Lasso” reality could come true. But it won’t happen if we elect Republicans who put their political agendas ahead of serving the people who elected them. When elected officials prioritize partisanship and play games with the future of American families, we end up with immature fighting and lose out on so much progress.

Yes, I’ve seen the attack ads the NRCC is launching against me.

Yes, I know the NRCC has my seat on their pickup list.

But you know what else I know? This district elected me last year because we were ready for representatives who put our needs first. And that is what I have done throughout my career in public service, and that is what I will continue to do in Congress.
