Dr. Caraveo has a long record of fighting for Colorado families — from serving her community as a pediatrician to passing legislation to lower prescription drug prices, limit toxic pollution, ensure paid family and sick leave, and more in the state legislature.
Now, she’s building on that progress in Congress, fighting to make healthcare more affordable and protect abortion rights. And she’s made history too — Dr. Caraveo is the first Latina to represent Colorado in Washington!
I’ll be honest, John, re-electing Dr. Caraveo won’t be a simple feat. Analysts from Sabato’s Crystal Ball and the Cook Political Report agree that Dr. Caraveo’s race is key for Democrats to flip the House majority.
That’s why dark money groups tied to GOP leadership are already spending over $100,000 on ads to misrepresent her record — and why they spent millions of dollars in 2022 to try and defeat her.
But I know Coloradans are no stranger to a tough fight — after all, our incredible grassroots team sent Dr. Caraveo to Congress last year, and helped me overcome tens of millions of dollars in right-wing attacks to flip Colorado’s Senate seat blue in 2020. So I’m asking:
