You guys loved a recent piece ([link removed]) by TikTok creator Emily Feret, who likes to talk about “normalizing normal.” Last time it was all about homes, and how we shouldn’t compare our perfectly good, kinda messy living rooms to the aggressively curated spaces on Instagram and other social media outlets. “I think it’s essential to show the unfiltered side of life on social media to let people know it's ok to find it beautiful too,” she wrote.
Well, today, she’s bringing that same refreshing approach to bodies. She writes: “Photoshop used to be reserved for models in magazines, but now even your neighbor down the street is posting filtered pictures, erasing fine lines, subtly shaping her waist, and whitening her teeth with built-in digital tools.
